Emerging from their hometown of Rochester NY in 2018, Perspectives has created waves by blending generations worth of aggression into a sonic landscape that spans from the earliest forms of nu-metal to modern djent and metalcore. Pulling influences from Slipknot to Cane Hill, the quintet has achieved a mesh of nostalgia and innovation sounds to feel both exciting and familiar. Combined with lyricism promoting betterment of self and the exposure of hypocrisy, the project leaves a powerful message on the stage to hold themselves and others accountable in an increasingly volatile world.
